Shipping and Delivery

Items Ready to Dispatch

Items ordered from the Ready-to-deliver section will be delivered within 3-6 working days.

Islamabad orders will be delivered in a day or two; out-of-city orders will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. You can inform our representative on Whatsapp if you are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Items Made to Order

Some of our jewelry is made to order; thus, the making time for each item is mentioned with the product under shipping details. 

It may take from 3-4 weeks for completion of order and once it is ready, it is carefully examined before dispatch. 

Price and Payment

We offer multiple payment options. You can pay via direct bank deposit, easy paisa or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Once the payment is made, you can share the transaction details with us for verification. Please note that payment verifications may take around 24 to 48 hours.

No discounts are available other than during sale time.

International Shipping

 

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. 

After-Sale Service

Every client matters to SangSaaz; thus, we provide lifetime after-sales service. If any stone falls off or your jewelry is tarnished, we will fix it. The repolish service is free of cost. However, you can ask us if other repairs will cost you any amount. You can fill the details of your Repair order here.

The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer both times.
